I n August 1988, Anthony “Tony” Arkwright was looking to become infamous and known worldwide. He didn’t discover some wonderful medical breakthrough or solve world hunger–no, he wanted to become the most famous serial killer of all time. Tony admired other English serial killers, such as Jack the Ripper and Peter Sutcliffe. In the span of 56 hours at the end of August, he managed to murder four people in the most heinous and gruesome ways possible.
