Wayne DuMond is a serial rapist and killer who managed to convince a group of Evangelical Christians of his innocence which led to his early released from prison after being convicted of raping Bill Clinton’s third cousin. Once released, he went on to murder two women, Sara Andrasek, 22, and Carol Shields, 39, in Kansas City, Missouri.
