A healthy and well-kept teen girl asked multiple people in Huntsville, Texas for directions to the Ellis Prison Unit on Halloween night in 1980. The next morning a trucker found her brutalized body dumped on the side of Interstate 45. She had been sexually tortured, beaten and slowly strangled. For over 40 years the murder of a young teen known only as “The Walker County Jane Doe” has remained a mystery. In September of 2021, her identity was discovered through geneology DNA, however, her killer is still unknown. Here’s her story-
