WWylie, Texas was a quiet place to live in 1978. Away from the hustle and bustle of Dallas, Wylie seemed to be a tight-knit community that was centered around the neighborhood church. Pat and Candy Montgomery were active in the church, as were the Gores, Allan and Betty. Even though Candy spent a lot of time at church and was involved in the activities there, she was bored with her life as a housewife and felt like she was missing sexual fireworks.
