In 1986, Cindy Zarzycki was your typical 13-year-old girl. She loved Madonna, Cindy Lauper, and Motley Crue. For fun, she liked to dance, hang out with friends at the mall and make mixed tapes. On Sunday, April 18, Cindy lied to her father and told him that she was going to walk to church on her own. Her best friend, while driving to church with her family, saw Cindy outside of the local Dairy Queen around 11:00 am. That was the last time Cindy was ever seen alive. It took investigators over 20 years to learn the truth about what happened to Cindy and what they uncovered gave them clues to the mysterious disappearances of other young teenage girls. Was she the victim of a serial killer?
